I could write a standard Great attitude always available super thorough. But Christie was sooooo much more than all that. Lets rewind. 5 year ago i leased an amazing house in Southlake TX with Christie's help then fast forward 3 years... the hunt for my first home purchase started (it took 2 years). Christie stayed in constant contact with me through ups and downs in the market. Through over ask offers to offers that never got accepted she never got frustrated. Always smiled and said "well keep looking". I'd reach out to her at 7 am and 10 pm if i saw something i liked. I was a very picky buyer with no rush to buy. So there was countless homes we looked at that just didn't quite cut it. I felt bad but Christie always said "that's my job. After 5-6 offers that didn't get accepted or didn't apprise 1 month ago i found the house i could settle down in... at least for a while. Made the offer revised the offer after appraisal to my advantage and BOOM the house was mine. Christie made the home searching process much less painful and the buyer process super easy. I expect Christie and I will be in some kind of contact forever. Sorry for the story. Thank again for everything.

As emptynesters planning to downsize Christie did a fast efficient and phenomenal job selling our home in Southlake and handling details on our condo rental in Dallas. She was involved at every level on both transactions and even hired the handyman to address the inspection items on the house. Once we signed the condo lease she also did the final walkthrough of the condo noted touch-up's that needed the building management's attention and brought the keys to us. If you're buying selling or renting Christie will do a great job and make it easy for you. She was born to be a realtor.
